Years ago, my hopes of financial freedom were achieved but...

Having grown up in a dilapidated Manhattan brownstone apartment building and being raised by my four-job mother, a single parent WWII refugee, some say I came from nothing. After moving to and studying communication in California, I took hold of my mother's disciplined vision and managed to form several companies: design/production, importation, and marketing representation. After climbing up the desert-like, entrepreneurial mountain I found My American Dream. In less than a decade, however, I slid down that lauded mountain, as a result of being unprepared for the hot oven of emotional challenges I came to face. Consequently, I tumbled into dire desolate shadows: My American Nightmare. After years of trying traditional methods, hoping they would lead me back to optimism, a sense of purpose and productivity, one by one, new insights were revealed. Consequently, I became a student of Fine Art, Vipassana Meditation, Cognitive Science, Nutrition, Eastern and Western Philosophies, and other subjects that honor and explore the inner being. The information I acquired and experiences I lived, which I now share, delivered me to a richer and more profound place than I could have ever imagined: MY SELF
